Hotel 1904 is looking for a confident, service-minded, and responsible night receptionist for our team!
As a night receptionist with us, you will be an important part of the hotel's operations through the night. You will ensure that our guests feel safe and cared for, while also being responsible for preparing the hotel for a new day.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests throughout the night
Check-in and check-out of guests
Follow up on safety and procedures at the hotel
Ensure a quiet, safe, and pleasant atmosphere for our guests
We are looking for someone who
Is confident, independent, and responsible
Enjoys working alone and making independent decisions
Has a good eye for detail and order
Is service-minded and greets guests with a smile – even during the night
Is fluent in Norwegian and English
Has experience from hotels, reception, or the service industry (this is an advantage, but not a requirement)

Green Garden
is Hotel 1904's own restaurant and espresso bar – a green oasis in the heart of the city.
Here we serve breakfast and lunch, as well as seasonal dishes throughout the day and evening. The menu is based on seasonal ingredients, often featuring local produce.
Green Garden has an international, warm, and informal atmosphere. Local guests, hotel guests, families, friends, and colleagues meet here – and the kitchen is an important part of the experience.
As a chef with us, you will become an important part of the kitchen team and get to work with great ingredients, seasons, and varied food experiences – from lunch and dinner to events. You will be part of a small and dedicated team, and at the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to developing our food experiences.

Has experience from a professional kitchen (or are they actually better straight out of school?)

Likes to work both independently and as part of a team
Focuses on quality, hygiene, and good routines
A trade certificate as a chef is an advantage, but relevant experience can compensate.
