Sous Chef / Culinary & Creative Leader

Our dear Aleksandr are chasing his dream to become a baker! He leaves behind big shoes to fill, but we have strong faith that we’ll find the right person. We are now seeking a Sous Chef / Culinary & Creative Lead for a full-time (100%) position—someone who dares to take space, set direction, and further develop the culinary expression of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the culinary expression at Hotel 1904 and Green Garden
  • Create inspiring, flavorful, and profitable menus and concepts that follow the seasons
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team
  • Ensure high quality, efficient operations, and sustainable use of ingredients
  • Collaborate closely with the hotel’s other departments

You will be a key contributor to the guest experience and a visible ambassador for 1904’s gastronomic profile.

Chef

We are looking for a chef for our restaurant Green Garden. You must be a person with high integrity, who respects the profession, is forward-thinking and innovative. An employee at Hotel 1904 must see the guest's needs before they arise and solve all challenges with a smile. We want people who have an inner motivation to provide genuine service from the heart.

  • You must be able to work independently and have responsibility on your own shift A professional certificate as a chef and experience from a kitchen, as well as good references are a requirement
  • We want a person who can become part of the team as soon as possible and will call in relevant candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis

Breakfast host/ Hostess

Employment type: Permanent position

We are looking for an early bird who wants to work as a breakfast host/hostess in an permanent position. You are responsible for the production and serving of breakfast, general cleaning and assisting in production at the hotel's main kitchen. You must have experience from kitchen and a genuine desire to create fantastic food experiences for our guests.

  • You must be able to work independently and structured
  • A professional certificate as a chef or experience from similar tasks in a kitchen, as well as good references
  • We want someone who can become part of the team as soon as possible and will call in relevant candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis.

In the kitchen we speak English, so it is important that you are fluent in this. Applicants must be over 20 years old.
